We studied the superconducting properties of the electron-doped compounds Ln2\_xMxCU04\_y (Ln = Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu; M = Ce and Th). The granular structure of the samples influences strongly theIr superconducting behavior, causing an unusual "double -peak" resistive transition in low magnetic fields. The

The HMl-coefficient turns out to be negative over the whole temperature range. Critical fields H,I(T) and Hc2(T) are evaluated. Applying and removing magnetic fields of 7T causes a permanent change of the superconducting properties of bulk-samples.
