Recently, Langer et al. reported "the first instance of an adult with nodular sclerosing Hodgkin (sic) disease who had thymic hyperplasia develop after clinical and radiographic com- plete remission (CR) with chemotherapy alone."' Actually, Shin and Ho2 reported a case of diffuse thymic hyperplasia after chemotherapy for nodular sclerosing Hodgkin disease in 1983.
