✦ Synopsis
This research explains the relationships among knowledge-based resources, market orientation, learning orientation and innovation performance. Data were collected from a survey of 135 firms operating in different industries in Turkey. The empirical study provides evidence on the existing relationship among these variables. Findings indicate that knowledge-based resources, learning orientation and market orientation have an important affect on innovation performance. However, knowledge-based resources mediated the relationship between learning orientation and innovation performance. The theoretical and managerial implications of these and other findings are discussed.
