## Abstract In this work, microcalorimetric technique was used to analyze Pb(II) toxic action on the metabolic activities of __Candida humicola__ and __Bacillus subtilis__. The experimental results revealed that Pb(II) had a stimulating effect on __C. humicola__ and __B. subtilis__ growth at a rela
