✦ Synopsis
Bilateral asterixis is commonly regarded as a reliable sign of metabolic encephalopathy [2]. We describe a patient with bilateral asterixis resulting from a large frontal tumor. Our case emphasizes that the presence of bilateral asterixis does not always rule out a mass lesion.
