In this work, single-phase cubic perovskite CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 powders have been synthesized successfully by microwave heating with a relatively low energy consumption and short time, compared with conventional synthesis. The reaction evolution of forming CCTO has been suggested according to the XRD d
