SUMMARY: A ventilated perfused model of rat lung is described enabling continuous simultaneous measurement of pulmonary perfusion pressure (PPP), pulmonary inflation pressure (PIP) and lung weight. The preparation was stable for \(2 \mathrm{~h}\) before oedema formation commenced. Phenylephrine inje
