✦ Synopsis

It is shown that, for aerylamide with Li, Na and K acrylates in aqueous solution, monomer reactivity ratios, overall copolymerization rate and some electrochemical properties of the ¢opolymers depend on the nature of the cation in the acrylate salt. The experimental results are interpreted by considering cation binding by polyaerylic acid parts of macroradicals.
