β¦ Synopsis
it is shown e~p~en~y by means of EPR spectra of partiauy deuterated pywxne anions that in the ion pair the average position of the R counterion is above or below the center of the plane containing the carbon atoms of the anion. When there is an attemating linewidth effect tiChe counterion jumps between these positions.
