## Abstract The influence of drying temperature on the corrosion performance of chromate coatings on electro‐galvanized (EG) steel has been investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic measurements in 3.5% NaCl solutions. The chromate coatings were applied to
