โœฆ Synopsis

In recent years considerable progress has been made in determining the effect of increased and decreased light on the physiological activities of various animals and plants. The results of a number of experiments have indicated that by artificially increasing the length of 'day sexual activity in both males and females can be induced much earlier in the year than it would occur normally (Bissonnette, '36; Rowan, '38).
