## Abstract Several intracellular bacterial pathogens, including species of __Listeria__, __Rickettsia__, __Shigella__, __Mycobacteria__, and __Burkholderia__, have evolved mechanisms to exploit the actin polymerization machinery of their hosts to induce actin‐based motility, enabling these pathoge
