Abstract
The absence of the cranial threeβfifths of the vaginae of male mice carrying the gene, Testicular Feminization, provides strong support for the view that vaginal epithelium is of dual origin, the cranial threeβfifths being of Mullerian in origin and the caudal twoβfifths being derived from the urogenital sinus.
