โฆ Synopsis
A method is described for the. determination of polyethylene glycol in polyethers, referred to as condensates, derived from reaction between ethylene oxide and fatty alcol~ols, alkyl phenols, fatty amines and alkanolamides. The method is based on liquid partition chromatography using sodium chloride solution as the stationary phase, ethyl acetate as the, moving phase, and cellulose as the column support. The conditions required for complete separation and recovery are described.
