Liquidus data of the In-As system were determined in the temperature range 450 -630 "C using cc seed dissolution technique. The analytical estimation of the arsenic content, in t h e melt was carried out by coulonietric titration. I n t h e investigated region, the plot of In z(1 -r ) versus l / T shows a weak concave curvature with reference t o the 1 / T axis.
