## Abstract The suitability of liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC‐MS) for the elucidation of fluoxymesterone metabolism has been evaluated. Electrospray ionization (ESI) and collision induced dissociation (CID) fragmentation in LC‐
