β¦ Synopsis
A family of bis-urea derivatives has been synthesized and shown to function as effective gelators in certain organic solvents. The X-ray structure of one bis-urea shows a cylindrical hydrogen bonding network with extensive interdigitation of the alkyl esters which project from the central rod.

Crystalline organic inclusion compounds are currently of considerable interest to solid state chemists and physicists in view of the wide range of important physicochemical properties associated with them. The urea inclusion compounds represent one classic example of such solids, and this article is
## Abstract The structure of the hypoglycemic agent Gliclazide has been studied by ^1^H, ^13^C, and ^15^N NMR in solution (CDCl~3~ and DMSOβ__d__~6~) and in the solid state. In the solid state, the compound crystallizes as an __EZ__ isomer without dynamic properties. In CDCl~3~ solution, the struct
