We discuss how to construct a class of solvable S-matrices in arbitrary space dimensions starting from a dynamic group G and using the technique of Euclidean connection. We construct explicitly the S-matrices corresponding to the dynamic groups SO(2, 1), SO(2, 2), and SO(2,3). The latter provides a
