✦ Synopsis

Darboux transformation is explicitly constructed for a coupled system of an arbitrary number of focusing or defocusing nonlinear Schrodinger fields with cubic nonlinearity (i.e., a Manakov system with an arbitrary number of fields). An immediate consequence is an explicit formula for an auto-Biicklund transformation for the Manakov system.
