While Jackson's talking to his ex, Grace overhears him talking about selling the lovely old home and she can't stand the thought of someone tearing it down. Without thinking, she rushes in and tell the ex that Jackson is engaged to her.

Now, they're working together to say the home and in the process they're working to save each other.
