✦ Synopsis
The infrared spectrum of the 7 and 9 bands of methylene fluoride-d 2 (CD 2 F 2 ) has been recorded with an unapodized resolution of 0.0024 cm Ϫ1 in the frequency range of 940 -1030 cm Ϫ1 using the Fourier transform technique. A weak b-type Coriolis interaction term was found to couple these two vibrational states with band centers about 42 cm Ϫ1 apart. By fitting a total of 1031 infrared transitions of both 7 and 9 with a standard deviation of 0.0011 cm Ϫ1 using a Watson's A-reduced Hamiltonian in the I r representation with the inclusion of a b-type Coriolis resonance term, two sets of rovibrational constants for 7 ϭ 1 and 9 ϭ 1 states up to sextic order were derived. The 7 band is C type, while the 9 band is A type with band centers at 961.8958 Ϯ 0.0005 and 1003.7421 Ϯ 0.0001 cm Ϫ1 , respectively.

We observed and analyzed a b-axis Coriolis resonance between higher J states of the nu(6) + nu(9) combination band and the nu(8) fundamental of ketene in the spectral region 940-970 cm(-1). The interaction resonantly couples K(a) = 1 states of the combination band to K(a) = 0 states of the fundament
The infrared spectra of the n 3 and n 9 bands of isotopically pure CH 35 2 Cl 2 have been recorded at a resolution of 0.0025 cm 01 in the range 600-800 cm 01 with a Bruker IFS 120 HR Fourier Transform interferometer. The Coriolis coupling between the two CCl 2 stretching fundamentals n 3 and n 9 has
A first full rotational analysis of high-resolution gas-phase spectra of the lowest frequency fundamental bands, n 9 and n 12 , of formaldoxime, CH 2 NOH, has been completed. In addition the weak n 7 fundamental has been analyzed at medium resolution, and the complex structure of the bands in the n
The 1 and 3 bands of D 11 BO and the 1 band of D 10 BO were observed by using an infrared diode laser spectrometer. The DBO molecule was generated by an ac discharge in a mixture of BCl 3 , D 2 , O 2 , and He. As inferred previously, a strong Coriolis interaction was in fact found to take place betw
