Following Garret being newly crowned king, as his brother Seth seemingly has returned from the dead, the kingdom is again faced with war. From the west marches a mighty foe accompanied by fire breathing beasts. Worse than that however, the gods are beginning to intercede in the fates of men and the twins and Valdadore alike must face blessed warriors of another nation. Like the twins, these champions are unlike anything Thurr has ever seen before. Valdadore faces overwhelming odds.
