Abstract
The new complexes (Ln(Dpbs)~2~ · (H~2~O)~4~) Dpbs · nH~2~O, where Dpbs = 4‐(3,5‐Diphenyl‐2‐pyrazolin‐1‐yl)benzenesulfonate ion, n = 0 or 2, have been synthesized and were characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, solubility, X‐ray powder patterns, thermal analysis, IR, Uv‐Vis and fluorescence spectra.
