## Abstract High‐frequency microsatellite instability (MSI‐H) due to defective DNA mismatch repair occurs in the majority of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancers (HNPCCs) and in a subset of sporadic malignant tumors. Clinicopathologic and genotypic features of MSI‐H colorectal tumors in HNPCC
