The major anomalies of the renal venous circulation are multiple renal veins, retroaortic renal vein, and a circumaortic renal vein also known as an aortic collar. The prevalence of the circumaortic renal vein has been reported as high as 16.8% . We report a unique variation of the circumaortic anomaly.
