In 2006, RK and DuPont (USA) established a joint venture, RK-Du Pont for the production and sale of acrylic paints, enamels with metallic effect and automotive fillers. In 2006 RK produced 7400 tonnes of products for the joint venture. YaZPK produced 700 tonnes of powder paints in 2006, up 72% on 2005.
