✦ Synopsis

A method based on the symbolic solution of the stochastic Liouville equation for the calculation of magnetic effects and RYDMR spectra is suggested. It allows the .umber of interrelated equations to be cut down and it is also attractive for time-resolved problems and intermediate short-lived complexes of paramagnetic species. By way of illustration quantum beats are considered and a high sensitivity to changes in radical pair parameters and variable magnetic field intensity is detected.
