✦ Synopsis

The Black Mask is about two rival gangs and their leaders who join together to overthrow a corrupt Mayor. They ultimately become one organization to help wayward youth due to the love they both share for a baby named Angel. Bones is the leader of The Eastside Gang and Cut Throat is the leader of the Westsiders Gang. The two gangs have been rivals before either of them were born. Bones meets a young woman by the name of Kim and they become friends. Cut Throat is dating Kim, but she doesn't know his true identity as the leader of the Westsiders. Bones and Cut Throat are both shot by a mysterious man wearing a black mask. The two rival leaders decide to call a truce. Kim is killed in a house fire set by the man in the black mask. It is also discovered that she is pregnant and leaves a little baby girl to be fathered by Cut Throat. So, the two leaders decide to band together to try and catch this black mask man and find out his true identity.
