When Madame Bearsaud decides to open a branch of her world-famous Wax Museum in Beartown, the Cubs might be thrilled but the town's more respectable citizens are up in arms. During the museum's gala opening--with all of Beartown in attendance--an electrical storm causes the lights to go out and suddenly those wax figures begin to look mighty eerie!
