✦ Synopsis
Specimens of a new low energy cement of which the authors of this paper have reported on preceding publications, have been submitted to durability tests in order to study the behaviour of the new cement in Na2SO. and sea water media. The results obtained from these tests have ~een compared with the results obtained on a traditional cement exposed to identical conditions. The main conclusion which can be extracted from the investigation is that the new low energy cement due to its different chemical composition is much more resistant to the sulphate attack than an OPC.

## Abstract A series of Cu‐Ni alloys, ranging from 30 to 90% copper was studied by electrochemical methods in 3.5% sodium chloride solution and in sea water. The composition of the corrosion layer and of the solution after various immersion times was determined by chemical methods and X‐ray diffra
