## Abstract Bloody nipple discharge is very rare in childhood. We report the sonographic findings of mammary duct ectasia and cystic changes under the nipple with abnormal content involving a 3βmonthβold boy with bloody nipple discharge. Β© 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2008.
