β¦ Synopsis
The differing effect of pH on the reaction of fluorescamine with amino acids and peptides has been utilized to develop a method for the quantitative estimation of peptides in the presence of amino acids. This method has been applied to the measurement of dipeptidase activities in human jejunal aspirates.

## Abstract The luminol chemiluminescence reaction has, for some time, been used as a tool for the detection of haemoglobin at crime scenes. More recently, the luminol test has been suggested as a possible tool for estimating the postβmortem interval (PMI) of skeletal remains. The preliminary resul
A new energy-transfer pair is presented consisting of fluorescamine as the donor and fluorescein as the acceptor. The system has been investigated with binding of histone H5 to nucleosomal particles. Histone H5 has been labeled as its free N-terminus with fluorescamine while fluorescein is bound via
