Almtmct--This paper discusses a new dynamic input-output model, the macroeconomic consumption-tracking control model and its applications. A case study of the China economy is given. The consumption-tracking models are enriched through involving time-delay investment, and two concepts of investment-consumption response and stereoscopic dynamic multipliers are put forward.
