โฆ Synopsis
The Annual Harold D. Lasswell Prize
The annual Harold D. Lasswell Prize of $500 is awarded annually for the article published in each volume of Policy Sciences that contributes most to the theory and practice of the policy sciences. Winners are selected by vote of the International Advisory Board.
The first annual prize will be awarded in 1985 for the best article published in Volume 17. An announcement will appear in Policy Sciences shortly after the author(s) have been notified. The second annual prize will be awarded in 1986 for the best article published in Volume 18.
The prize is named in honor of Harold D. Lasswell (1902-1978), a founder of this Journal and a noted contributor to the policy sciences. It is made possible through the generosity of Elsevier Science Publishers.
