✦ Synopsis
The Poisson regression model for the analysis of life table and follow-up data with covariates is
presented. An example is presented to show how this technique cun be used to construct a parsimonious model which describesa set of survival data. All parameters in the model, the hazard and survival functions are estimated by maximum likelihood.
