An alkoxy radical has been mvestlgated by ESR III smgle crystals of rhamnose u-radiated and measured at 77 K. Two pmton hyperfme couplings, ap = 40 G and ar = 14 G. are observed The prmclpai values of theg tensor are 2.CM56.2 0064 and 2 0032. The mechamsm of formatlon is briefly dlscussed.
