## Abstract Capillary zone electrophoretic (CZE) separation of pharmacologically active alkaloids, matrine, sophocarpine, sophoridine, oxymatrine, and oxysophocarpine, was systematically optimized, and their contents in different parts of __Sophora__ species were quantitatively determined within 16
