✍ G. Lazarov; A.M. Lyyra; Li Li; J. Huennekens 📂 Article 📅 1999 🏛 Elsevier Science 🌐 English ⚖ 116 KB

The Na 2 4 3 ⌸ g state has been studied by continuous-wave (cw) perturbation-facilitated optical-optical double resonance (PFOODR) fluorescence excitation and resolved fluorescence spectroscopy. The absolute vibrational numbering was determined by resolved fluorescence to the a 3 ⌺ u ϩ state. The OO

Ultraviolet lines of both krypton-ion and argon-ion lasers excite levels in the C(2)'& state of Nal. Following efftcient collisional transfer to ( 1)'4, the (O-O) sequence of the (I )'4-B( l)'lT. system appears strongly in the infrared around 7020 cm-'. High-resolution Fourier transform spectra hav

We have used the e\pc:imental energy levels of the B state of Na2 to determine the shape of the potentL1 curve. The potential curve obtained has been used to determine the Fran&-Condon o\rrlnp of the continuum vibrational levels in the B state with bound levels in the ground ekctronic state.
