✦ Synopsis
The 'H and 13C NMR spectra of Diosbulbin A, B, D and G have been studied. The proton spectra were analysed with the aid of nuclear , magnetic double resonance and comparison with reference compounds. The assignments of the carbon shifts have been obtained by means of proton noise decoupling, single frequency off-resonance decoupling, the attached proton test and by comparison with reference compounds.
