✦ Synopsis
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the authors, readers, referees, and board members who have contributed to the health and success of Electroanalysis during 2011. We published three very successful issues devoted to graphene-based electrochemical devices, and to electroanalytical chemistry and biosensors in South Korea on the one hand and in Brazil on the other hand.
In 2012 we will focus on improving our high standards even further and on promoting good science. Special emphasis will be given to the latest trends and innovations in electrochemical sensors and biosensors, in nanobioelectronics, and in electroanalytical chemistry in general. Accordingly, we are looking forward to continue being a leader in publishing cutting-edge research related to electroanalytical chemistry and to receive your best research articles. Several special topics will be addressed in 2012 in the form of special issues or topical clusters, including advanced chemical sensors and electroanalytical chemistry in Italy as well as in France.
