โฆ Synopsis
Abstrad
Based on the fact that the thalhmetnc oxldattons of hydrogen peroxide, oxalate and phosptute proceed selectively m the presence of Fe(II), chloride and bronude, titmnetrlc and spectrophotometrlc methods are described for the analysis of ternary mixtures of hydrogen peroxide, oxalate and phosphate m the mm01 and pmol ranges, respectively In both methods thalhum(II1) IS used as the oxidant and the reduced thalhum(I) IS determmed oxlchmetruzally with potassmm bromate m the tltmnetrlc method and by measuring the absorbance of thalhum(II1) at 260 nm in the presence of 0 1 M HCl and 1 M HCIO, m the spectrophotometnc method
