Ciba also launched a raft of new pigments for the cosmetics sectorthe Calisha colour collections, with three primary lines. The Calisha Romance collection consists of oildispersible pearlescent pigments that deliver soft, smooth tones with premium opacity and coverage, intended for radiant skin and make-up products. The Calisha Contemporary collection consists of bright, warm effect pigments for the more brilliant skin types. These oil-dispersible pigments provide good coverage and they include a variety of iron oxides and ultramarine pigments. The Calisha Art Deco collection includes organic lake and chromium green pigments, with relatively large particle sizes, providing a sparkly effect.
