Long temporal sequences of decays from three distinct quantum processes beta decay, electron capture decay, and alpha . decay were tested for randomness of permutational arrangement in time. The results comprehensively support the proposition that the spontaneous decay of an unstable quantum system is a random occurrence unaffected by past history.
