Abstract
The 16βyear old girl studied here had ambiguous external genitalia, ie, enlarged clitoris, pseudo vagina, and rudiments of Wolffian tubes. Her karyotype was 46, XY and she was HβY antigenβpositive. Autosomalβrecessive inheritance of this condition is proposed.
