✦ Synopsis

A quartz crystal detector was used to monitor the viscosity change during the plasma coagulation process, and the activity of platelet Factor 3 was tested by measuring the plasma-clotting time. The results show that the plasma-clotting time decreases with the increase of platelet concentration under certain conditions, and the plasma coagulation process is also affected by the temperature and the value of (\mathrm{pH}). In the investigation of some anti-blood factor drugs in clinical medical inspection, this method has some advantages, such as small sample volume and sensitivity. For example, by this method, it was investigated whether aspirin has an inhibitory effect on the release of platelet Factors. O 1995 Academic Press. Inc.

A separated electrode piezoelectric crystal sensor was used to determine Escherichia coli bacteria. This method is based on the fact that the resonant frequency shifts with the culture time in a culture medium where E. coli is inoculated, and the frequency detection time (FDT) is linearly related to

Two methods are described for the determination of L-glutamic acid using a series-electrode piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor. The effect of formaldehyde solution on the frequency shift is discussed. For the calibration curve method, in formaldehyde medium, the detection limit is 3.8. lop5 M, the
