Recentty FERC Commissioner Bra& Terzic had hL already-good reputation confirmed: He easily re-won con gressional confirmation for his seat on the Commission.
In November, during a meeting with him in San Antonic at the convention of the National Association of Regulatog Utility Commissioners, he could see at least three item on which the Commission must concentrate in 1992. straightening out the construction rules, making the Mega-NOPR as workable as possible, and beginning to restore the financial viability of the pipelines.
