Copper(I) complexes of the type acacCu(CN__t__Bu) (1) and CpCu(CN__t__Bu) (2) are accessible by the reaction of [ClCu‐(CN__t__Bu)]~4~ with M(β1‐diket) or MCp (MLi, Na, K, Tl), respectively. hfacCu(CN__t__Bu)~2~ (3) and hfacCu(CN__t__Bu)~3~ (4) are prepared by adding molar amounts of __t__BuNC to hfacCu(CN__t__Bu) (1b).
