TERATOLOGY SOCIETY FORMED
Scientists from Canada, England, France, Germany, and the United States, meeting at the Memorial Center for Cancer and Allied Diseases, New York, N.Y. in April, 1960, organized a "Teratology Society" for the presentation and discussion of studies concerned with the etiology and morphogenesis of congenital malformations.
The group, which has met in informal conferences for several years to discuss common problems, includes anatomists, biochemists, embryologists, geneticists, obstetricians, pathologists, pediatricians, and plastic surgeons.
