A new class of detuning oscillations in the terahertz domain is reported in (nanosecond) coherent Raman scattering spectroscopies with incoherent light. Vibrational dephasing rates are precisely measured in neat benzene, benzene-d, and in their binary mixture where Bohr frequency difference beats are convolved with the detuning oscillations.
