We used PCR-based approaches to obtain the full-length cDNA sequences encoding ribosomal protein (Rp) S9 and L26 from a mosquito (Aedes albopictus) C7-10 cell line. The deduced mosquito RpS9 protein has a mass of 22,826 Da and a pI of 11.41, while RpL26 had a mass of 17,442 Da and a pI of 11.52. Bot
